Peer support that fits your program
We work with hospitals, treatment programs, MAT providers, county agencies, and courts to add dependable, well-documented peer recovery support.
How contracting works
A straightforward process, with clear expectations in writing.
Discovery conversation
We learn about your setting, the people you serve, referral flow, hours, and goals for peer support.
Written proposal
You receive a proposal describing scope, staffing, schedule, documentation, reporting, and pricing.
Agreements & credentialing
We execute a services agreement with a service level agreement (SLA) and the privacy agreements your setting requires, such as a Qualified Service Organization Agreement (QSOA) and/or Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We complete your facility's credentialing and onboarding requirements.
Launch
Peers are oriented to your workflows, referral process, and documentation standards.
Review & improve
Regular check-ins against the SLA, with service reports and a clear point of contact for questions or concerns.
